Originally from a small town outside Birmingham, Alabama, Shanone started her academic journey at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she earned her degree in Quantitative Methods/Business.
Following her graduation, Shanone ventured into the realm of business ownership by establishing a flourishing medical spa in 2005. Through her astute leadership, the venture grew into a million-dollar enterprise before Shanone's decision to part ways with it. This marked a transition as Shanone pivoted towards her legal aspirations, embarking on a journey through Thomas Goode Jones School of Law to pursue her passion.

- Q. If will instructs sale of home and all heirs would like to keep home. Will we be forced to sell? What are our options.
- A: If the Will directs you to sale the house then you may have to do so. I would like to read the will to say for sure.
You may make a claim against the estate for the house add-ons and bills you personally paid. However, in this case you cannot use the small estate affidavit option because there is real estate involved.
- Q. Can I drop an aggressive stalking charge if I am the victim
- A: You cannot personally drop the case because it is the State's case. However, you can tell the District Attorney that you don't want to pursue charges and tell the reasons why and the DA may dismiss it.
- Q. My husband was arrested on feb13 for dui..sheriff took him for blood draw. I bonded him out on 14th. Yes he had
- A: No they cannot arrest him for a drug charge because he had drugs in his system. He had to be in possession of them. There must be more to it. I recommend you call the clerk's office and get a copy of the affidavit of complaint and see what it says. I also recommend you hire an attorney to look at the charges and defend him. Good Luck!
