Shari Elizabeth Nokes
Shari Elizabeth Nokes is a founding partner of Nokes & Nokes, a Southern California Law Firm, and has 25 years of experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury cases including product liability, mass tort litigation involving breast implants, auto accidents, premises liability suits, and assault actions. She has also represented financial institutions in suits involving major loans and real property. Ms. Nokes graduated with honors from the University of California at Davis in 1982 and received her J.D. from the McGeorge School of Law at the University of the Pacific in 1985. She is a former member of the Board of Directors of the Orange County Women Lawyers’ Association, and is an active member of the Consumer Attorneys of California, the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and Trial Lawyers for Public Justice. Ms. Nokes has had papers published in “The Gavel,” the Publication of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association and was a featured speaker at Whittier Law School on the topic of “Women and the Law.” In 2001, Ms. Nokes was honored as a “Remarkable Woman” by the National Association of Women Business Owners and is listed in the Bar Register Of Preeminent Women Lawyers. Ms. Nokes attended the Monterey Institute of International Studies, is conversant in Spanish and English and is AV Peer Review Rated, the highest rating possible.
