Shawn S. Rokni
Prior to founding Countrywide Trial Lawyers, APLC, Shawn was a senior trial attorney at one of the best personal injury law firms in the country, where he broke records with an astonishing 99% victories in personal injury cases he litigated.
Formerly a senior defense attorney at one of the largest defense firms representing dozens of insurance companies, Shawn was the lead handling attorney on some of the most serious personal injury cases, involving wrongful deaths, traumatic brain injuries, amputations, spine surgeries, fractured bones, and product liability cases against automobile manufacturers.
Shawn was also an in-house attorney for the largest auto insurance company for many years, where he round-tabled all types of personal injury cases with dozens of insurance adjusters on his team. Moreover, Shawn previously worked at multiple law firms, and at the courthouse as a research attorney inside the chambers of five judges.
Shawn’s well-rounded experience as an attorney for the insurance companies, combined with his knowledge of courthouse procedures, gives him unique insight and ability in valuing and successfully litigating personal injury claims.
Shawn studied at Harvard Law School, a course in financial analysis and valuations, after receiving his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from UCLA & Chapman University, respectively in 2007 and 2011. Due to academic excellence, Shawn received a merit scholarship in law school, where he also studied a course related to injuries and accidents at the world-renowned University of Oxford.
