Spencer Keys
Sunshine Coast Lawyer for Real Estate, Wills, Trusts & Estates and Business
I got into law because I like taking care of the details and hiccups that prevent people from relaxing and living their lives. In 2010 I suddenly found myself facing a legal problem for which I wasn’t responsible. My legal problem ended up going away but only after five years of my life were consumed by it. I didn’t want to be a lawyer who fixed these things at huge expense but one that prevented people from getting sucked in by the legal system in the first place by giving them proactive advice.
I don’t want you to have that experience.
My practice at Charthouse includes corporate and commercial law, wills and estates, and real estate law, serving a variety of sectors, such as doctors, restaurants, medical marijuana and recreational cannabis investors, and developers. I can give you the actionable advice to help you grow and protect the benefits of your life’s work so you don’t have to be concerned about the unexpected risks that you would never - and should never have to - think about!
If I do right by you, you will feel listened to, understand not only what we are doing but why, and feel you have someone in your corner who you can talk to candidly about your legal issues in the future.
