Ms. Zarych has been practicing law for 13 years. She has focused all of her career upon the practice of criminal defense and related matters such as DUI and municipal court level offense. She has represented several thousand clients in criminal cases involving charges including; homicide, sexual assault, child abuse, drug distribution & possession, theft, computer crimes, casino crimes, robbery, gun charges & numerous others offenses.
Ms. Zarych is an invited member of both the The National Trial Lawyers - Top 100 Criminal Defense Lawyers (By Region), and the National College for DUI Defense.
She was awarded the Judge Benjamin Rimm Award as Outstanding Young Lawyer of 2013 by the Atlantic Co. Bar Association.
Ms. Zarych received her Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University. She discovered her passion and talent for litigation after success as a student-attorney in Villanova's Juvenile Justice Clinic. She received her BA with honors, in three years, with double majors from Fairfield University. She was honored for her excellence in academics & service by induction into the National Jesuit Honor Society and remains a member to this day.
Further, she is member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, American Bar Association, NJ State, local county bar associations.
