Stefanie Walter Collins
Driggs, Bills & Day, PLLC
Stefanie has spent the past thirty years in a courtroom fighting for justice for those without a voice. As a former prosecutor Stefanie understands how to hold people accountable for the harm they have caused. She has the respect of both her colleagues and the judiciary as a fierce advocate.
While Stefanie has successfully taken the toughest and most tragic cases to trial, she is able to work on behalf of her clients to negotiate favorable settlements. Stefanie’s success is due in part to her ability to listen to and understand the needs of her clients.
When not in a courtroom or preparing for trial, Stefanie continues to hone her legal skills by studying techniques of others. She in turn mentors less experienced attorneys. Stefanie loves putting together a winning case whether she sits as first chair litigator or acts in a supporting role.
Stefanie enjoys attending the Spokane Symphony performances and listening to local performers. In addition to music, Stefanie’s interests include skiing the local resorts, running the local trails, playing tennis, and working on her mental and physical fitness in local hot yoga studios. You may even find Stefanie competing in local sporting events.
Stefanie is a mother of two children and one dog. Her daughter is currently attending the University of Washington and her son is a recent UW graduate currently working as an EMT pending graduate school. Her dog, Fuji, is a shiba inu that is not enrolled in any higher education programs at this time.
