Represented private parties in a construction defects suit involving their multi-million dollar residence. Represented an apartment owners association in the mediation of contract and construction defects claims. Labor/Employment Disputes. Represented an employer in federal court involving claims of fraud and wrongful termination. Represented private corporation in the arbitration of employee disputes related to covenants not to compete.
