Stephen LeRoy Cale
Cale Law Office
I have been practicing since 1999, with a primary focus on criminal defense. I've been featured in The Oklahoman and KOKH Fox 25. I'm part of the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyer's Association and admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States.
My law practice is different than many others because it's dedicated primarily to criminal defense work. I'm not spread out with multiple areas of practice.
Secondly, I'm able to give personal, one-on-one attention to my clients. I do this first with a free initial consultation and a free defense strategy plan. You won't have your case assigned to a junior attorney or have little contact with me, leaving you wondering what's going on with your case.
Not only will you have an attorney dedicated to criminal defense, but you'll also have one with experience. I've been representing people with legal needs for more than two decades.
But the number of years that an attorney has practiced isn't the only important experience factor. You'll get an attorney with the RIGHT KIND of experience. I'm an experienced and skilled trial lawyer who has handled cases ranging from misdemeanor crimes to felonies, including murder.
And lastly, you'll get a strategic fighter. I aggressively represent my clients. My goal is to get the best possible result in your case. Call me at 918-277-4800 to schedule your free initial consultation. With your consultation, you'll also get a free Defense Strategy Plan tailored to your specific case.

- Q. Can someone else fill out a protective order for me to sign?
- A: Yes. There is nothing wrong with that. Many times a domestic violence intervention worker in some counties will fill out the paperwork for you to sign. Keep in mind that you are signing the document under oath. Make sure the content is correct before signing it.
- Q. Marijuana was seized in my home on a search warrant for something totally different can I be charged for that
- A: If the officers have a valid search warrant and the contraband was in plain view within the allowable area of the search, then you could be charged.
- Q. If you did not report when given a 9 mo supervision after released, what are the possible ramifications
- A: Your probation/parole could be revoked.
