BUSINESS FORMATION: Corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and annual reports for the District of Columbia. We draft, review and negotiate contracts, partnership agreements, special purpose vehicles and acquisition agreements. LITIGATION: As circumstances warrant we initiate and defend civil lawsuits in Washington and Maryland. Breach of contract, fraud, misrepresentation and other common law or statutory matters.
