Legal Answers
- Q. Does 75 § 3334 §§ A (Lead) & 75 § 3309 §§ 1 (Lead) in PA carry any points for a NJ Driver? Do I contest?
- A: I do not know the Pennsylvania statutes so I cant answer this fully, but I do know that NJ and PA both participate in the Compact Act which makes charges reciprocal.
For more information about same, please go to:

- Q. Does Personal Injury Lawyer get a % of settlement if it’s not above the original insurance company offer?
- A: Yes, he would be entitled to his fee, but since your child is a minor, Fee in NJ would only be 25%

The school district must follow the same procedures for suspending a student with a disability as they would for a student without a disability. The principal must notify the student's parent(s) and case manager in writing, explaining the reasons for the suspension.
Preschool students with disabilities cannot be suspended or expelled.
If a student is suspended for 10 days or less, they must still receive educational services ... Read More
