Committed to every client. Connected to every case.Attorney Stuart C. Talley is a partner in the Sacramento law firm of Kershaw, Cook & Talley. He practices law in the areas of mass torts, consumer class actions, and other complex litigation. For the past 15 years, he has represented plaintiffs in both Federal and State Courts throughout the country. In addition, he handles many large individual personal injury claims on behalf of injured consumers. His typical cases include class action or mass torts where he represents hundreds, sometimes thousands, of individual clients nationwide who sustained injuries from a dangerous drug or medical device. Mr. Talley, and other KCT partners, takes the lead in these cases, and is responsible for the overall case management and litigation of these cases for the plaintiffs. Subsequently, these cases are litigated against some of the largest companies in the world and against the best defense firms in the country. At Kershaw, Cook & Talley, his ultimate goal is providing the highest level of service to clients and the personal attention they justly deserve. Furthermore, Stuart is involved with various activities and services within the community. Mr. Talley makes several appearances as a legal expert on CBS Sacramento's Call Kurtis and lectured for the National Business Institute on issues involving Federal Civil Procedure and Class Action. He is a member of the American Association for Justice, Capital City Trial Lawyers Association, Consumer Attorneys of California and the Sacramento County Bar Association. He is the youth basketball and baseball coach for Sacred Heart Elementary. He is a 2015 and 2016 Northern California Super Lawyer and selected by his peers as a 2015 Top Lawyer in the Sacramento region.

- At Kronick, Moskovitz, Tiedemann & Girard, Mr.Talley managed the firm’s mass tort practice. This involved managing the day to day activities of numerous associates and paralegals while ensuring each of our clients received the highest level of attention they deserved. I was involved with daily litigation of several large cases against different medical device manufacturers. His responsibilities included depositions, motion practice, and overall litigation strategy. His efforts resulted in several large settlements for hundreds of individual clients.

My practice involved oil and gas law, probate, employment law, and general business disputes. Later on, I transformed my practice into primarily representing plaintiffs in consumer class actions. In this position, he gained extensive civil trial experience and was involved in the overall case management of several complex litigation cases.
