Susan Cobb Singleton is an elder law attorney, who was formerly an Associate Greenville County Probate Judge. She is a senior's advocate who teaches seniors and the adult children of seniors "How to Pay, How to Play, and How to Protect your Loved Ones." Ms. Singleton is a strategist and a teaching attorney, who enjoys working with families to plan so that the golden years bring your loved ones the highest quality standard of living possible.

    Consultation payments are paid by check or cash upon the day of your appointment. Retainers for court litigation are paid in advance. Payments for documents like Wills and Powers of Attorney are paid for when reviewed with Ms. Singleton.
