Talor Black

Talor Black is a Junior Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC and is ready to help and assist clients in and around Oklahoma County from the firm’s Oklahoma City family law office.

Talor earned her Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law. While in law school, she was the recipient of the Chickasaw Nation Law Library Legal Research award and received recognition for her pro bono service two years in a row. Before earning her law degree, Talor attended Mid-American Christian University where she participated in an advanced degree program, obtaining her Bachelor of Business Administration and Ethics. She also made the Dean’s Honor Roll during her undergraduate studies. Talor is currently licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma.

Prior to joining the Oklahoma City divorce lawyers at Stange Law Firm, PC, Talor spent time working as an Associate Attorney for a law firm in Oklahoma City. In this role, she consoled with clients on their rights and options, drafted paperwork and pleadings for cases, gained extensive experience with trial preparation and procedures, and made appearances in court on behalf of and with clients. Talor also spent time as a Legal Intern with Oklahoma Indigent Defense where she was tasked with performing in-depth research to ensure deep understanding of cases, performing investigative tasks on ongoing litigation, analyzing laws in relation to the situations of the clients, assisting with trial preparation and procedures, and also assisting with post-conviction research and writing. Talor possesses excellent communication and analytical thinking skills, and is ready to assist clients during this difficult time in their lives.

Outside of her legal practice, Talor enjoys spending time with her son, Colten.
