- Q. Is it possible to get paternity on a 16, 14 and 8 year old that I currently pay child support for and stop support?
- A: If you have an existing child support order, it may be difficult to challenge paternity, this is an issue that should have been raised at the onset of the case. You should consult an attorney to determine if the particular facts in your case warrant making such an application to the court.
