Ted W Weeks IV
Ted W. Weeks IV is a civil trial lawyer, who regularly practices in state and federal court. His practice is focused in general civil litigation, business litigation, real estate and land use litigation and personal injury law. Ted is licensed to practice law in all state, federal and appellate courts throughout Florida and has represented a variety of clients from individuals, small businesses, and large corporations, as well as local governments and universities. An active member of the local legal community, Ted recently served as Chair of the 10th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee and is member of the Polk County Trial Lawyers Association. A lifelong resident of Lakeland, Ted obtained his undergraduate degree in economics from the Auburn University and received his law degree from the Stetson University College of Law.
