Terrance W. Annese brings more than two decades of legal experience to Petrelli Previtera, LLC. In addition to family law, he is well versed in numerous other areas of the law—foreclosure mediation and defense, spousal support, collections and creditors’ rights, casino gaming, criminal defense, and municipal court practice, to name a few—which gives him a unique skill set and well-rounded knowledge when representing his divorce and family law clients.
A top-notch researcher, Mr. Annese previously provided federal securities and corporate governance litigation research and writing services to several major Delaware Valley-area law firms. He represented clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey at his own firm, The Annese Law Firm, for nine years before joining Petrelli Previtera as an associate in 2021.
An active member of his community, Terrance served the State of New Jersey as a Deputy Attorney General with the Department of Law and Public Safety from 1997 to 2006. He also served as a New Jersey Superior Court law clerk to the Honorable Thomas DeMartin, P.J. Criminal Part. Mr. Annese is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
