Thaddeus is a trial lawyer in the Layton and Salt Lake City, Utah areas. He believes that representing people is a noble cause that not only brings justice to those that have suffered but helps ensure that our communities are safe places for our families, friends, and loved ones. Thaddeus has been representing plaintiffs for over ten years in cases involving motor vehicle collisions, trucking collisions, wrongful deaths, nursing home negligence, sexual molestations, drug diversion, medical malpractice, dog bite, premises liability, maritime, MTBI, and hundreds of MIST cases. Thaddeus has negotiated, mediated, arbitrated, and litigated hundreds of cases ranging from low impact cases to complex maritime litigation. In 2016, Thaddeus and his firm, Feller & Wendt, resolved hundreds of claims brought by hospital patients exposed to communicable diseases because of drug diversion done by hospital staff. Thaddeus has worked on a multi-million dollar maritime case involving 28 injured people. Thaddeus recently settled a commercial trucking case for over $1 million.
Thaddeus enjoys pursuing justice on behalf of injured people because he believes it is fulfilling work that conforms to his Christian mores and conservative values.
Thaddeus is a graduate of one of the top law schools in the country, The University of Minnesota. He is also a graduate of the Keenan Trial Institute College and he currently teaches Focus Groups and Depositions to other attorneys around the country.
