Biography

The unknown is a scary place for any individual, especially for a person whose family is undergoing a significant transition through divorce, a child custody dispute, a domestic violence situation, or even a hopeful adoption. Although I cannot tell you exactly what course your situation will take, I can help you navigate the legal system while addressing each concern and question. I strive to educate my clients about the law so they can make informed decisions about what is most precious in their lives. Whether you are a business owner employing multiple individuals and supplying income for even more family members or maybe you are a parent of two precious little ones, I work to find effective solutions that bring you through these tumultuous times. I focus my legal work on helping families because I was there. At one time, I was a young witness to violence within my home and a naive child attempting to help my mother endure her own divorce. It is hard. And as I witness through my clients each and every day, there does not exist one solution that will fix every family dispute, divorce, or custody battle. Instead I work tirelessly with my clients to find the best solution for them in light of the legal realities that apply to their situation. I will push for settlement if desired; however I have no hesitation in aggressively pursuing resolution within the courts by utilizing the tools the law has to offer.
