Effective 3/29/2010: Chapter 7 - $1,100 inclusive of Pre-filing credit counseling, filing fee, attorney's fee and financial management course, payable $550 on filing and $550 before the meeting of creditors; Chapter 13 - Must have source of income, no fees up front, filing fees and attorneys fees are paid through the plan; Debt settlement and debt consolidation services offered, fees quoted upon request. Fees & expenses subject to change depending on the complexity of the case or economic conditions.
