Timothy Blaise Broderick
Timothy Broderick's decades of civil litigation experience have evolved into a quest for justice for victims of harassment, both within and outside of the workplace, victims of invasion of privacy, and victims of defamation, libel and slander on the internet.
Timothy Broderick was born and raised in Philadelphia. Timothy Broderick is in the middle of three generations of lawyers. Timothy Broderick's daughter, Kate Zeng, is a partner at Jones Day. Timothy Broderick's father, Raymond Broderick, was a Federal Judge in Philadelphia. Timothy Broderick's brother, Pat Broderick, is also a lawyer practicing in Norristown, Pennsylvania.
At the start of his career, Timothy Broderick served as a civil litigation lawyer in commercial and products liability for the national law firm of over 200 attorneys at Dilworth, Paxson, Kalish & Kauffman and as a trial attorney for the Federal Aviation Administration, Office of Regional Counsel, Los Angeles.
In 1991, Timothy Broderick started his own practice, and since then he has worked zealously to build the firm into what is today. Known for their expertise in sexual harassment and employment law and defamation and privacy law, Timothy Broderick serves clients throughout the Bay Area.
