My practice is primarily focused on business litigation. I hold the AV Preeminent Rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which is their highest distinction, awarded based on the confidential opinions of judges and members of the bar regarding legal ability and ethical standards.
Previously, I served as a Hearing Committee Member for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania. I am also an Associate Member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and a Member of the American Bar Association (ABA). Additionally, I am part of the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) and the Lackawanna County Bar Association (LBA).
Throughout my career, my firm and I have discreetly represented a diverse group of clients including business owners, corporate officers, lawyers, professors, pro bono clients, physicians, and public figures and officials.
I have extensive trial experience, having tried cases to verdict across various courts. These include federal, state, civil, criminal, both jury and nonjury trials. My litigation experience spans a broad spectrum of complex civil and criminal matters. I have represented both corporate entities and individuals, serving as counsel for plaintiffs and defendants. My involvement has covered all phases of legal proceedings including trials, hearings, appeals, arbitrations, administrative proceedings, grand jury proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
