Timothy W O'Hara
Timothy W. O’Hara graduated from California State University Fresno with a Masters of Arts in Biology in 1989. He then went on to obtain a Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego in 1992 and a Masters in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School in 1994. Mr. O’Hara is also a Licensed California Real Estate Broker and is well versed in California Real Estate Law. He is known for his thorough approach to transactional work and aggressive trial work in this area. Mr. O’Hara is a trained mediator.
Mr. O’Hara has maintained a private practice while serving on the California State Board of Parole Hearings as an Administrative Law Judge, supervisor, and appointee of the Governor. He is an expert in all prison and parole matters, including being the California Board of Parole Hearing’s subject matter expert on Mentally Disordered Offenders.
