Travis Little
Travis Little represents individuals and families in personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He has litigated against some of the largest corporations in the world, including Allstate, Bombardier, Coca-Cola, Delta, Hilton, Kroger, Lyft, Marriott, McDonalds, Nestle, State Farm, Subway, Target, Walmart, and others.
In September 2010, he was a key member of the legal team that secured a landmark $43.5 million wrongful death verdict in Floyd County, Georgia. Since 2014, he has held an “AV – Preeminent” peer rating, the highest rating awarded by Martindale-Hubbell. In 2018 and 2019, he was listed as a SuperLawyers “Rising Star.” In 2020, he opened North Atlanta Injury Law PC.
Travis was raised in Lexington, Kentucky. In college, he studied Philosophy at Brigham Young University and played on the Men's Ice Hockey team. He also lived in Santiago, Chile for two years as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ.
Travis obtained his Juris Doctor from the University of Kentucky in 2008. During law school, he was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and recognized by a number of organizations for his commitment to pro bono service.
Currently, he is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association (GTLA). He previously served both on the GTLA executive committee and as chair of the Verdict editorial board.
