I am a trial attorney dedicated to advocating for individuals who have been wrongfully injured. My practice is deeply entrenched in high-stakes litigation, a skill honed through years of representing clients whose freedom and futures were at risk. Prior to joining this firm, I served as an assistant public defender in Tuscaloosa County for three years, where I developed a reputation for fearless courtroom advocacy and unwavering dedication to client service.
Currently, I apply that same vigor to civil trial work, managing a range of personal injury cases. To me, each case is personal. I approach every client with the same level of commitment and determination, regardless of whether they are dealing with criminal charges or seeking justice after an injury.
Originally from Chicago, I obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University, followed by a law degree from Cumberland School of Law in 2021. During my time at Cumberland, I was chosen for the prestigious National Trial Team and served as a published member of the Cumberland Law Review. I started my legal career at a civil defense firm before deciding to focus on defending the rights and freedoms of individuals.
My trial abilities have been recognized within the legal community. I received a Merit Award for Excellence in a Criminal Case from the Alabama Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, an honor given to attorneys who show outstanding advocacy in defense of the accused. Additionally, I am an honored alumnus of the National Criminal Defense College's Deryl Dantzler Trial Practice Institute, an exclusive, two-week intensive training program recognized as one of the top trial advocacy courses in the nation.
Now, with a focus solely on personal injury, I continue to support individuals at pivotal moments in their lives.
