Vanessa Vasquez de Lara, Esq. is the founder and owner of Vasquez de Lara Law Group, a law firm dedicated to assisting families when their family problems become legal problems. Mrs. Vasquez de Lara graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002. She has been named to the 2015 Super Lawyers Rising Stars, 2016-2021 Super Lawyers list. Mrs. Vasquez de Lara has been featured multiple times on Univision’s Despierta America, a national television show, for her family law knowledge. She has been extensively involved in her community including as an elected member of the board of the Young Lawyers Section of the Dade County Bar Association, board member of the Dominican American Bar Association, and Secretary of the Coral Gables Bar Association. She is also the Co-Chair of the Solo and Small Practice Committee of the Miami Dade County Bar Association, as well as the Family Law Section of the Florida Bar.
Mrs. Vasquez de Lara is involved with all cases handled by the firm. She knows every matter & every client from the beginning of their case to the conclusion of representation. All of the clients’ needs are considered and discussed prior to the acceptance of any and every case to ensure that all matters are adequately handled to the best of the firm’s abilities. - A: Until you know whether she actually has it there isn't much you can do. And after, you can take him to court for violating parental responsibility.

- A: You cannot record any hearings without the court being aware of it and authorizing it. WHat is the always available route is to hire a court reporter to take down everything that happens and can create a transcript of the hearing after attending.

- A: You will need to figure out where he is. You will not be able to start the process without serving him the documents. A good private investigator may be able to help you with this. Checking all social media, checking in with friends/family, and or checking with the children's schools to see where they transferred to may also help.
