Fluent in both English and French, Violaine (“V”) Panasci is a New York and Tennessee licensed attorney with extensive experience helping social enterprises cultivate brand protection strategies at Rockridge Venture Law, a B Corp Intellectual Property law firm. V also assists companies of all sizes to understand environmental, social, and governance (ESG) laws and regulations, and implement best practices and strategies for their business at Christopher & Panasci. Her practice is not all fun and games, she is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) and helps organizations around the world bolster compliance and risk mitigation practices.
Above all, as a Montreal expat, V is passionate about helping other social enterprises protect their brands, thereby multiplying their positive impact for the greater diverse community in the United States. V currently serves as a board member and Vice-Chair of the Governance Committee for the National Social Enterprise Alliance, a board member for the Nashville Social Enterprise Alliance, and a board member for the French American Chamber of Commerce of Tennessee.
