W. Neal Hollington
Hall Booth Smith, P.C.
As a Colorado construction and real estate attorney, I routinely represent contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, owners, investors, developers, and other professionals in a range of legal matters.
As a litigator, I prosecute and defend construction defect, contract disputes, mechanics liens, bond claims, consumer protection act violations, trust fund violations, and other related claims. I regularly appear in state courts, federal court, and administrative agencies throughout the state of Colorado.
Spending many hours litigating disputes has made me well equipped to catch potential issues before they arise. As such, I also serve as outside counsel for contract drafting and negotiation, due diligence, employment concerns, and other business-related matters.
I understand that legal representation isn't a "one-size fits all" matter. As such, I work with my clients to understand their particular needs and to develop a tailored, cost effective, and practical plan of approach.
I am passionate about helping others and do my absolute best to provide the best quality representation to each and every one of my clients. If you are in need of legal representation, please give my office a call to discuss your legal issue. I really appreciate your time and consideration in hiring me to represent you. I wish you the best of luck in your pursuit of finding great legal representation and look forward to the opportunity to serve you as your attorney and counselor at law.
