Wallace Berry Jr
In 2007, I opened my own office in Lawrenceville, Gwinnett County, Georgia
While in high school, I played all sports. In college, I obtained my Black Belt in Chinese Boxing and was a security officer.
After college, I became a teacher and coach, and taught History, Geography, Science, Health and Physical Education. I led Science Fairs and Living History in the Classroom. I led my students on the President’s Council on Physical Fitness Challenge and taught health.
During my career, I coached Basketball, Football, Soccer, Baseball, Volleyball, Cross-country, and Track and Field.
After law school, I worked for law firms in Atlanta and in 2007 opened my office in Lawrenceville.
The primary focus of my practice is Criminal Defense, Traffic Tickets, Small Claims & Trials, and Car Wrecks. I also represent clients on misdemeanors, felonies, DUI, bond hearings, preliminary hearings, probation violation hearings, warrant application hearings, family violence battery, record restriction, bench and jury trials and others.
My firm also represents clients in civil cases such as slip and fall, dog bites, and other claims; small claims court; contracts/leases; family law including divorce, legitimation and adoptions; and litigation and trials.
I appear in juvenile court for criminal defense, abuse/neglect, and child custody.
As to trials, I have won dozens of bench trials, and criminal and civil jury trials.
My firm is here to advise each client according to their specific legal matter and a lawyer and counselor. Each client is unique, with different goals as to a positive outcome in their legal matter.
For the past 15 years, I have been a member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and GAPI, and graduated from the Bill Daniel Trial Program.
With over 20 years' experience in the practice of law, I operate my law office in Gwinnett County. My firm serves clients located in Gwinnett County, North Georgia and Metro Atlanta.
