William Antoine Hannosh
Dedicated, experienced attorney practicing since 2007. Family law. Elder abuse.I have been practicing in family law and civil litigation since 2007. I have handled hundreds of family law cases in the areas of divorce, legal separation, annulment, paternity and custody-visitation disputes. In addition, I serve the San Diego Superior Court system as a volunteer Pro Tem Judge, meaning I will preside over mandatory settlement conferences (MSCs) to help parties come to a global resolution of their domestic matter, when requested by the parties. Although I have represented many clients in high-conflict custody cases over the years (and will continue to do so) I am also on the Court-approved list of attorneys serving as counsel to minor children in high-conflict custody matters, or, in cases where the Court sees a strong need to appoint an attorney to represent the minor during pending litigation. I have handled hundreds of restraining orders (including domestic violence, civil harassment, and elder abuse). I see the practice of law today as an opportunity to correct a wrong and overcome injustice, where it presents itself. The top three things I enjoy or celebrate the most about my job are: I) When advocating for a client in court, presenting evidence which brings (sometimes hidden) truth to the light; II) Being that attorney who not only evens the playing field, but also achieves real results, and III) Sincerely showing care, compassion and a conscientious, practical approach to the client's legal situation, so the client would be encouraged to refer other individuals to me as a result of the trust and good will that has developed between us.
