Q. I was pulled over on 94 east about an hour ago for speeding by a state trooper. He asked how fast I was going in a 70mph
A: You can always contest the ticket. The officer isn’t required to show you the radar or inquire about registration. Your best shot to contest the ticket will be with the assistance of an attorney.
Q. If I received a ticket from a state trooper and the trooper didn’t put his Trooper/CVI Name on the citation and only put
A: No.
Q. Officer could not provide a ticket to sign because her in-car printer was broken. Can I get a dismissal based on that?
A: This will not be a defense to the ticket. You should get an attorney involved if your goal is dismissal.
