My present practice is estate planning, which includes wills, medical and financial powers of attorney, and other related documents.. I also prepare real estate documents such as beneficiary or transfer on death deeds. I do not do any litigation -- I did that for a number of years including civil and criminal trial and appeals but decided to change the focus of my practice when I moved to Colorado. I am licensed in Colorado and Texas.
