William Carroll Cremins
Bill Cremins enjoys representing clients in truck and car crash cases, and work related cases, as well as family law cases, such as divorce and custody cases. He graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the College of Arts and Science, and a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the School of Journalism. He is included in the University of Missouri Journalism School's Profiles in Success.
He graduated from St. John's University, N.Y., in 1984. He was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 1984, and in N.Y. in 1985. He is a sole practitioner with William C. Cremins, P.C., in Knoxville, Tennessee.
In 2014, Bill Cremins was appointed by the Tennessee Supreme Court to be a Rule 21 Mentor for law students and other lawyers.
He is a Life Member of the Tennessee Association for Justice, and a member of the American Association for Justice (advocate recognition), American Bar Association, Tennessee Bar Association, and Knoxville Bar Association. He was awarded the Volunteer Legal Assistance Program and Knoxville Bar Association Pro Bono Award for providing legal services to indigents. He is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, a Life Member of the Multi Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and member of Elite Lawyers of America.
