I am an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. As a member of the Bar, I have been been representing claimants before the Social Security Administration and Veterans Administration for over thirty years, primarily in Colorado and Wyoming.
I am readily available to discuss any concerns you may have whether you have already filed a claim or claims before either of these Federal agencies or are thinking about doing so.
I offer free initial consultations and work on a contingent fee basis, meaning that I do not charge fees unless we win your claim.
Call me – (800) 870-4951 – if you have a current claim, or if you want to talk about what options you may have regarding filing a new claim. I look forward to helping you.

Free Consultation
Yes, our first call is always free. And after you become a client I will do my best to available to talk with you. And I don't bill you by the hour or parts of hours for our conversations because I do this work on contingency basis. If you call between traditional business hours, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., you will more than likely speak to me, the attorney, or, if I am on the phone or in a hearing, the paralegal. We will talk and consult with you free of charge about what you have going on plan to have go on with Social Security. For example, you won't be turned away because you're under the age of 50, for example, or your claim is only psychological. In short, if you call we will talk about how we could possibly help you, even if you don't have a claim pending. -
