Winifred Cannon
Winifred "Wini" Cannon provides legal services and counsel to business owners. She focuses on business succession planning, estate planning and probate law.
Drawing upon years of extensive legal experience, Wini brings unique insight when assessing cases and developing strategies to obtain the best outcome for her clients. She knows how business owners may be impacted when retirement, incapacity, or death occurs without anything in place to facilitate a smooth transition.
In addition to her work in and out of court, Wini Cannon is zealous about educating business owners. She holds workshops and frequently accepts speaking engagements. The motivation is to help business owners make informed decisions to avoid known pitfalls.
Winifred "Wini" Cannon holds 2 law degrees: a Juris Doctor degree (J.D.) and the Master of Law degree (L.L.M.) from Antioch School of Law and the Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law, respectively. She is licensed to practice law in Texas and Maryland.
