Yalda Bayley is dually licensed in Texas and in the U.S. Southern District Court of Texas. She began her tenure at The Bayley Law Firm as a legal assistant in 2013. Yalda is a zealous advocate for her clients and her passion lies in assisting clients in family law matters. She has significant experience handling divorce, child custody, child support, child custody and support modifications, paternity, adoptions and other family law cases, and has trial experience in divorce and family law.
As a native Houstonian raised by immigrant parents, Yalda's background gives her a unique perspective and understanding of the needs of her clients. Yalda's vision is to deliver creative and effective solutions, unique to every individual and family need. She strives to work with every client on a personal basis and to offer the highest quality representation possible. Yalda is a member of the Family Law Section of the State Bar of Texas, the Family Law Section of the Houston Bar Association. She graduated from South Texas College of Law in Houston, where she enjoyed helping numerous clients through the Family Law Clinic and enjoyed being involved with community service.
