Zachary Herbert

Zach was born and raised in Dallas, TX. After graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law, Zach joined the United States Marine Corps as a Judge Advocate, or Military Lawyer. He served as a Criminal Defense Counsel for the busiest trial shop in the Department of Defense, and won countless victories for his clients in and out of the courtroom. He was recognized for his service to his clients by receiving the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal at the end of his tour.
After leaving the Marine Corps, Zach quickly established himself as a tenacious personal injury trial attorney. He attended Trial Lawyer’s College in Dubois, Wyoming, where he trained with other like-minded trial attorneys for three weeks. Zach’s fighting Marine Corps spirit can be seen at the courthouse and in the countless jury trials that he has tried to verdict. Above all, he is passionate in representing anyone that has been hurt or taken advantage of by those with power.
