Bruce D. Tingey was born in Alexandria, Virginia, in 1963. He attended University of Nevada at Las Vegas and Brigham Young University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988. He also attended California Western School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991 and the State Bar of Nevada in 1993. Bruce is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Nevada Law Foundation, and the Nevada Justice Association.

Anthony M. Wright, Esq. is a native Las Vegan and 6th generation Nevadan. He has a passion for helping people in difficult situations and is very happy that he can make a living at it. PROFILE OF DAWN M. PAPAELIOU, ESQ.
Dawn M. Papaeliou graduated with a Juris Doctorate from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in May 2002. Ms. Papaeliou passed the State Bar Exam on her first attempt and was admitted to practice law in the State of Nevada in December 2002.

Dawn Papaeliou has represented hundreds of debtors in chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies as an associate attorney at two local law firms. She also acquired extensive bankruptcy experience while working for local chapter 7 bankruptcy trustee Yvette Weinstein from 2003 to 2005. Ms. Papaeliou assisted the Trustee in the administration of chapter 7 bankruptcy estates, liquidation of assets, and distribution of estate funds to creditors.

Ms. Papaeliou operated the Law Office of D. M. Papaeliou, P.C., and provided legal services through the City of Las Vegas Senior Citizen Law Project in 2006, until she joined the Department of Justice Office of the United States Trustee in Reno, Nevada. While employed with the Office of the United States Trustee, she investigated the eligibility of debtors in chapter 7 cases, examined chapter 7 debtors under oath at creditors’ meetings, and pursued the dismissal and/or conversion of cases to chapter 13 relief. Dawn Papaeliou also provided oversight of chapter 7 bankruptcy trustees, monitored chapter 11 reorganizations in the Reno area, and otherwise ensured compliance with the United States Bankruptcy Code.

In late May 2007, Ms. Papaeliou returned to the Las Vegas area as debtor's counsel. Today, Ms. Papaeliou continues her dedication to debtors' issues as a bankruptcy lawyer for the Law Office of Dawn Papaeliou, P.C. Dawn Papaeliou also continues her commitment to the Las Vegas community as an active member of Habitat for Humanity and Clark County READS.

David Wilson practices business and construction litigation in both Texas and Nevada. In his 16 years of practice, he has been lead counsel in over 100 trials and over 55 appellate matters. He has served as counsel at both the Texas Supreme Court and the United States Supreme Court. People in car accidents are often told to get legal help to make sure their rights are enforced. A study confirms two other key reasons for getting legal help if you are in an auto accident — you will likely receive more money, and you have a better chance of recovering money.

The study was conducted by the respected Rand Institute. It found that auto accident victims who hire attorneys receive about 25% more money than auto accident victims who do not hire attorneys — even after deducting all costs.

The study also found that using a lawyer increases an auto accident victim’s chances of recovering money to almost 95%.

Prior to becoming an attorney, William was a technology consultant in the emerging Internet industry, and has held various technical management and executive positions with multiple technology start-ups in and around Houston, Texas for a nearly ten year period during the dot-com era.

William uses his vast technology experience to improve the efficiency of, and client communication during, the practice of law.

William is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, American Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Lawyers Association, Clark County Bar Association, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. William is also an active participant in the UNLV/Boyd Alumni association, Clark County Bar Association New Lawyerâs Committee, and an annual speaker for the UNLV MBA New Ventures Management course speaking to the business aspects of intellectual property law.

William is admitted to practice in the State of Nevada in all state and federal courts, including the Nevada Supreme Court, and both the U.S. District Court and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the State of Nevada.

William is also a member of the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) serving on the programs committee of the Las Vegas area Regional NESA group, and a Tribal member of the Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma serving on the Tribeâs Constitutional Review Committee.
