For fifteen years, I have been actively involved in environmental law, both as an attorney and as a regulator. I am a partner at the law firm of Frantz Ward in Cleveland and head the firm’s environmental practice. I represent businesses in all areas of federal and state environmental law, including laws governing hazardous waste clean up, brownfield redevelopment, solid waste, water, wetland and air regulation.

Prior to joining Frantz Ward, I was in the senior management of Ohio EPA, holding the positions of Director, Assistant Director and Chief Legal Council. I also worked in the Ohio Attorney General's Office handling environmental enforcement cases and administrative appeals. I feel my diverse background provides me an effective skill set to effectively represent my clients.

I am a frequent speaker and writer. I maintain the Ohio Environmental Law Blog (www.ohioenvironmentallawblog.com). My blog has been referenced by other internet publications and profiled in publications such as Cleveland Business Connects. I also have given media interviews to various National and Ohio publications (U.S. News & World Report, Plain Dealer, Columbus Dispatch, and Toledo Blade) as well as trade publications, such as Inside EPA.

Mr. Pullins is a prominent Ohio lawyer, public affairs consultant and entrepreneur. He is frequently called upon to advise clients on complex legal, business and public policy issues.

He worked for over ten years as the head of Ohio's only statewide, taxpayer organization and served as a top advisor to former House Speaker Larry Householder. Mr. Pullins served as a consultant to Ohio Members of Congress Jean Schmidt in 2005, Jim Jordan in 2006, and Bob Latta in 2007.

He has appeared as a guest or been interviewed by the Fox News Channel, Court TV, the Ohio News Network Radio and TV, Ohio Public TV and Radio, Clear Channel Radio, National Public Radio, and Ohio ABC, NBC, CBS, and FOX TV Affiliates. He has been interviewed or had guest columns appear in every major Ohio newspaper, several national newspapers and most other daily and weekly newspapers throughout Ohio.

Mr. Pullins' boutique law firm and public affairs practice is located in the historic downtown of Mount Vernon, Ohio in Knox County. His focus includes election law, trade association law, internet law, energy issues, healthcare, collections, asset protection, and complex business and personal litigation.

Charles M. Rowland II maintains an established DUI/OVI and criminal practice representing the accused drunk driver in State and Federal courts in the Miami Valley and throughout Ohio. Since 2005, Charles Rowland has dedicated his practice exclusively to representing the accused drunk driver. National Patent Analytical Systems has certified Charles Rowland in the operation, diagnostic verification and calibration of the BAC DataMaster Breath Alcohol Testing Instrument and the new DataMaster DMT, the most commonly used breath testing instrument in Ohio for DUI / OVI arrests. In 2007, Charles Rowland was the first attorney in the State of Ohio certificated on the Intoxilyzer 8000 breath testing machine. Charles is a proud member of the National College for DUI defense and in 2006 attended the intensive seminar on DUI law at Harvard University. In October, 2006, Charles Rowland presented a seminar on standardized field sobriety testing before the Greene County Bar Association. In 2008, Charles Rowland was the first attorney in the United States to earn a Forensic Sobriety Assessment Certificate. FSA certification requires proficiency in the scientific principles and research relating to sobriety testing in a DWI / DUI stop. It subsumes the NHTSA training (knowledge of the NHTSA manual is required) and greatly extends it.

Charles Rowland has been a trial lawyer in the Miami Valley since the inception of his practice. He is a 1988 graduate of Beavercreek High School and a life-long resident of Beavercreek, Ohio. He graduated magna cum laude from Wright State University in 1992, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and a minor in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology. Charles earned the degree of University Honors Scholar with Honors from the Political Science Department, received the Academic Letter Award for his achievements in the National Mock Trial competition, was awarded Phi Kappa Phi distinction and was selected to represent Wright State University as a Student Ambassador to the People's Republic of China.

Charles M. Rowland II was awarded the H. E. Ashcroft Memorial Scholarship to attend Ohio Northern University's Pettit College of Law. While in law school, Charles studied International Law and European Economic Community Law at the University College London, Bentham Faculty of Laws. He was a finalist at the prestigious National Tax Moot Court Competition in Houston, Texas and for his efforts was chosen as Associate Justice of the Ohio Northern Moot Court Program and was named to the Order of the Barristers for excellence in appellate advocacy. He graduated in the top 25% of his class in 1995 and returned to the Miami Valley to begin his practice.

Charles Rowland has appeared as an expert on television, radio and in newspapers, authoring DUI-related articles for the popular "Ask an Attorney" section of the Xenia Daily Gazette, the Beavercreek News Current and the Fairborn Daily Herald. He was the 2004 Ohio State Bar Foundation recipient of the Community Service Award for Attorneys under 40 years old. In 2005, Charles Rowland was given the singular honor of being named a Fellow of the Ohio State Bar Foundation. In 2008 he authored a revision to Anderson Ohio Civil Practice along with the honorable Steven A. Wolaver and the honorable J. Timothy Campbell of the Greene County Common Pleas Court. Charles continues to write expert commentaries on criminal law for Lexis Nexis.

Charles Rowland maintains memberships in the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Foundation, the Green County Bar Association, the Dayton Bar Association, the National College for DUI Defense, the National Motorists Association, the Ohio Academy of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the American Civil Liberties Union, and is an associate attorney with the Cochran Firm, Criminal Defense Section, the National Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, and DUI Defenders, a national network of DUI defense lawyers. Mr. Rowland currently serves as President of the Greene County Bar Association.

In November 2005, Charles was re-elected to serve a four-year term on the Beavercreek Board of Education. He is co-founder and past-president of the Beavercreek High School Alumni Association, Treasurer of the Wright State Honors Advisory Council, advisor to the Board of Directors of the Beavercreek Wetlands Association, and has served on the St. Luke Parish Council where he volunteered as a School of religion teacher. He has also served as President of The Community Network (TCN-BHS), Greene County's Mental Health and Drug/Alcohol Counseling provider and on the Legislative Committee of the Beavercreek Chamber of Commerce. Charles Rowland will teach Political Science 200 as a visiting professor for the Wright State University Honors Department in 2009.

Charles M. Rowland II has been a trial attorney since beginning his practice in 1995. He has served as a Special Prosecutor for Greene County, the Xenia City Prosecutor, as counsel for the Greene County Public Defender's Office and has helped indigent clients in consumer related cases with Southeastern Ohio Legal Aid Services. The Academic Letter Award was awarded for participation in the National Mock Trial Competition at Drake University and for winning several OUTSTANDING ATTORNEY Awards during the competition season.

Prior to becoming an Attorney I served one term as the President of a local labor union with about 150 members. About 3 years later I assisted in negotiating a labor contract for the same Union. I have worked as an attorney for over 18 years in many different areas of the law.

For a sample of my work you may wish to read a matter which I worked on identified as City of Akron vs Holland Oil Company where I was successful in limiting the application of the Ohio Criminal Statute concerning Organizational Liability against my corporate client in an underage sale case.

I have worked in the areas of Labor, Employment, Civil Rights, Workers Compensation, Plaintiffs Personal Injury (Automobile Accident cases only) and other matters. I have worked both the Plaintiff and Defense sides in many areas in which I have practiced. This is particularly useful in identifying issues, defenses and establishing a clearer view of both sides of the controversy.

Working for business I served as Counsel for Companies ranging in size from just a handful of employees to over 450. I have also represented individual employees in a variety of matters often adverse to their employers interests where I had no history with the Employer.

I am admitted to practice before the Ohio State Courts and Federal courts including the United States Supreme Court, the Northern District Court of Ohio, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals and the Federal Court of Claims.

In 2007 I was admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. Since breaking off from my old firm I have not pursued this veteran's practice area but now have opened up my practice to include it. Please note this is a new area of practice for me and that I have no experience in this area at present.

My practice also includes substantial work in the Areas of Plaintiffs Personal Injury (Automobile Accident cases only) and Workers Compensation.

Theresa N. Turk received her B.A. degrees from Ohio University in 2002 in Political
Science and Economics. She received her J.D. degree from Cleveland Marshall College
of Law in 2006.

Ms. Turk is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Association of Specialists
on Aging. Ms. Turk is also a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, Lake County Bar
Association, and the Geauga County Bar Association.

Ms. Turk concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and administration, elder
law, guardianships, and probate matters.

Ms. Turk recently became involved with the program Wills for Heroes, which provides free simple
estate planning for first responders such as fire fighters, police officers and emergency medical
