Adam H. Andrae
I am a dedicated critical thinker who enjoys working on difficult legal issues. My commitment to serving my community has produced stellar results in client interactions and maintaining professional relations. Clients tell me I am dependable, professional, and personable, but I credit those traits to my endearment towards helping people while working in a field I enjoy.
I grew up in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania where I was heavily involved in various projects. My degrees earned were a BA in Communication from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I was called to the honors organization of Lambda Pi Eta and sat on the Board of several diversity and academic organizations. Following my undergraduate studies, I earned my Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University’s Claude W. Pettit College of Law where I sat on the board of several non-profit and student government organizations including the International Justice Mission and the National Student Bar Association’s Section of Civil Rights.
Throughout my career, I have remained committed to obtaining wins for my clients and community because I strongly credit my success to its support. Contracting with me means you will be with an attorney who has worked on a diverse array of cases with great results in the Pennsylvania counties of Allegheny and Westmoreland, as well as cases in the state of Ohio.

- Q. In DE County, at a preliminary hearing with the magistrate district court, can the charges/case be dismissed?
- A: You would want to speak with a lawyer who can review all the circumstances surrounding the case, but yes, it is possible.
A judge can dismiss the charges if the prosecution does not provide enough evidence to show it is likely that a crime was committed and that the individual was the one who committed the crime. Keep in mind that if charges are dismissed, it does not always prevent them from being refiled at a later time.
- Q. Does “PATERNITY ORDER ISSUED- DF EXCLUDED (stipulation) mean that the tested man is not the father? (Pennsylvania)
- A: Yes, it means he was found to not be the biological father. "DF Excluded" means Defendant is excluded from being the biological parent.
