Adam Joseph Childers
Childers Law Firm, PLLC
Born and raised in Little Rock. After graduating from Little Rock Central High School I attended the New Mexico Military Institute, the United States Military Academy, and the University of Arkansas.
As a former Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, I have primarily focused my practice to criminal defense in both state and federal court with a particular focus in drug and violent crime allegations.
I also take pride in representing clients/businesses in acquiring liquor licenses, private clubs, and tobacco permits. Additionally, I represent clients/businesses in administrative hearings (i.e. Control Boards, Licensing Boards/Commissions) in which there is an infraction alleged or investigation.

- Q. With 3 prior charges of delivery and now another what could be a sentence
- A: There are a number of factors that will determine a potential sentence. The first being the quantity that an individual possessed. Additionally, how prior felony convictions a person has previously is another factor. Feel free to reach out and I can provide better estimates. 501-500-9797.
Thanks,
Adam
- Q. Is there an automatic year parole denial if the offender is on parole when caught with firearm??
- A: A violation of parole does not mean that an individual will get an automatic year of incarceration. If your friend signed for 90 days on the parole violation then he will be released after the 90 days pending the outcome of the new charge and any bond they will have to make after the parole hold is lifted.
- Q. How many years to you get for capital murder and aggrevated assault?
- A: Capital murder is the big one. It's most likely that if he is guilty of capital murder the he is looking at either death or life without parole
