- Q. I am involved in the Playtika Settlement case. Trying to find out when payout date is
- A: According to the claims administrator's website:
"You SHOULD receive a check or electronic payment from the Settlement Administrator within 60 days after the Settlement has been finally approved and/or after any appeals process is complete." (emphasis added).
That approval was granted on March 11, 2021.
Things can and do slow the process down, including if anyone appealed the Court's granting of final approval to the settlement.
I would suggest calling their toll free number - 844-412-1946 or visiting the dedicated case website - http://www.playtikasettlement.com/
Best of luck.

- Q. I received a check from Computershare/KCC AAG TCPA Settlement, claim AVO-10196354301 and I dont recall what this is for.
- A: I believe that the check is your pro-rata portion of the settlement in Abramson v. American Advisors Group (W.D. Pa. No. 2:19-cv-01341-MJH).
This was a case alleging that AAG violated a federal law, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, (“TCPA”) by placing unsolicited telemarketing calls using an automated telephone dialing system and prerecorded voice, and calling numbers on the National Do Not Call Registry.
