Adam W. Pollock
Pollock Law FirmAdam W. Pollock, Esq. has dedicated his practice to providing quality legal services at a fair and reasonable rate. He has extensive experience in advising clients in estate planning and business planning as well as representing clients in conservatorships and other probate matters. Adam has focused his practice on business planning and estate planning services in order to help everyone from young parents, to small business owners, to retirees and empty nesters. Having a young family of his own, Adam has committed his practice to these areas in order to offer clients a way to not only legally protect their interests, but offer peace of mind for the future. Adam was raised in Ventura County, and currently lives with his wife and children in the area. He is currently an adjunct professor at California Lutheran University, teaching business law and ethics in the MBA program. Adam received his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a Minor in Portuguese and Brazilian Studies graduating Cum Laude from Utah State University in Logan, Utah. He received his Juris Doctor from Chapman University School of Law in Orange, California. While in law school, Adam served as the Treasurer for the J. Reuben Clark Law Society Student Chapter. Also, during law school, Adam clerked for a boutique law firm in Orange County and worked as a student editor, author, and co-author for the OC Lawyer Magazine, where he published various articles. Adam is an active member and volunteer in his community and frequently participates in service opportunities through the local bar associations and his church. He is also a volunteer attorney for the Public Law Center (PLC) in Santa Ana, California and regularly provides pro bono services for low-income individuals seeking legal assistance through the PLC.

Rates, Retainers and Additional Information
Due to low overhead costs, I am able to keep my fees fair and reasonable. I try to work with my clients to enable my fees to fit within their budgets. My fees are always determined on a case-by-case basis, and I offer a variety of billing options including flat fees and hourly billing.
