Adrian Flores
I enjoy aggressively working for my clients, ensuring them zealous, proactive representation. I understand that the legal system may seem daunting, a confusing maze for many; some may be entering this arena for the first time. As a Texas lawyer, I am sworn to the highest duty in guiding you, and fighting for you.
To that end, I treat all my clients with the same seriousness, from the CDL holder who can ill afford a suspension on her driver’s license, to the father who raises his firearm in defense of his home, from that college student caught with a couple joints, to the one ensnared in a sweeping conspiracy indictment by the feds. I believe in due process and equal protection of laws and, thus, I also handle a wide range of appeals and even file writs for those claiming actual innocence. A former journalist, I believe in the supremacy of the First Amendment and also take free speech and freedom of press cases.
I’ve represented individuals throughout many Texas counties, with the bulk of my practice focused in Central Texas along the I-35 corridor and the Hill Country. Although I don’t drive cattle into town like my great-grandfather once did, I enjoy having San Antonio as my home base in the noble pursuit of representing the citizen accused.
I’ve secured dismissals, acquittals, reductions, and reinstatements for my clients. I also file expunctions, petitions for non-disclosure, and occupational driver’s licenses for those with suspended licenses.
