Alan Herbert Sarkisian
I am a sole practitioner. My practice areas cover a wide range with an emphasis on immigration, personal injury, business litigation, and small business transactions. Within these areas of law, I have assisted a wide variety of clients on matters ranging from immigration asylum hearings to EDD unemployment insurance administrative hearings to shareholder disputes before the American Arbitration Association. In addition, I have represented clients regarding misdemeanor criminal cases, family law matters, and probate/estate planning matters. My work experience includes arbitrations; mediations; hearings, motions, and trials in state courts; hearings and trials before the Executive Office for Immigration Review; and administrative hearings. I also served as a Los Angeles Superior Court arbitrator from April 1991 to July 2000.
