The Tax Challenge is highly competitive, with entries from top law students across the nation who are tasked to analyze, research and resolve a complex hypothetical featuring a wide range of Federal income tax issues. Finalists are selected from all written submissions to present their analysis to a panel of expert tax attorneys in the final round of competition.
