Amanda Smith
Amanda Smith, Esq. is an Associate in Tully Rinckey PLLC’s Buffalo office, where she focuses her practice on Federal and State Employment and Labor Law.
Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Amanda was a Student Workforce Trainee for the Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, in Washington, D.C. She also worked as a Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo Law School, where she provided legal academic research in international environmental principles as applied by the United States domestically and in foreign relations. Amanda also worked as a Student Legal Intern for the Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement; was a Student Intern at the Department of Justice, U.S. Attorney’s Office in Buffalo; and was a Research and Teaching Assistant in the Niagara University Psychology Department, Niagara University, New York.
Amanda is admitted to practice law in New York State. She obtained her law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School, State University Of New York and her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Political Science, with a minor in International Studies, from Niagara University.
