Amy R. Fochler
Your Veterans Benefits SpecialistsI am a graduate of DePaul University College of Law. After law school, I moved to Colorado and worked as a public defender for several years. Through this experience, I gained extensive advocacy skills and learned to effectively fight for my clients’ rights. In 2006, I relocated to Washington, D.C. to work for the Department of Veterans Affairs on the Board of Veterans Appeals (Board). During this time, I developed a passion for helping Veterans. Working for the VA, I learned how to effectively navigate through the VA process, fully develop claims and get positive results for Veterans. I worked as Counsel for the Board until 2012, when I entered private practice representing Veterans before the VA in compensation and pension benefits claims. I am a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado and accredited by the VA to represent Veterans all over the country. I have represented hundreds of Veterans before the VA Regional Office, Board of Veterans Appeals, and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. If you have been denied VA benefits, I can help. I specialize in representing Veterans. In fact, I only represent Veterans. I am an experienced and trusted VA accredited attorney that can help you obtain success against the VA and get you the benefits you have earned.
