Andrew Brian Margolis
Andrew B. Margolis is an Associate Attorney with The Siemon Law Firm, practicing exclusively in the area of family law. A twenty-year resident of the Atlanta metro area, Andrew graduated Cum Laude with a bachelor's degree in Politics and Legal Studies from Brandeis University, and then went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the Emory University School of Law. After law school, Andrew served as an Assistant District Attorney for the State of Georgia. Upon moving into private practice, Andrew drew on his skills as a domestic violence prosecutor to represent victims of abuse, assisting them in obtaining protective orders, divorces, custody orders and financial support in their family law cases in courts throughout State. Andrew is proud to have served as a judge of the Fulton County Magistrate Court for several years, presiding over a variety of criminal and civil matters there. When Andrew is not fighting for his clients or spending time with his wife, children and dogs, you might find him on stage behind a set of drums, or behind a set of keyboards, or with a bass guitar strapped to his shoulder in various blues venues throughout the metro-Atlanta area.
