Anthony Wilson
Helping people access the legal system to solve complex problems
I like to call myself a "military brat from Northwest Florida" as I moved there with my family at the age of six and lived there until leaving for college.
I now live in Minnesota after moving up here to be closer to my wife's family.
I obtained my Bachelor's degree from a small Christian college in Clearwater, Florida, and my Law and MBA degrees from Stetson University.
I have a broad range of experience from a short time as a prosecutor, then as a personal injury attorney, and several years serving in administration, compliance, and executive roles in what is known as "JD Preferred" positions.
Wilson Legal Solutions was founded as a result of my desire to make my own way and help people solve complex problems using understandable legal tools and strategies.

- Q. My in laws live with us, what happens to their possessions when they die? They do not have a will
- A: Intestate Succession (distributing property for someone without a Will) can be a complex and messy process. If other family members exist, they may have a claim to the property that was not included in the purchase of the land - especially without a will. Additionally, depending on the value of the remaining property, there may be significant estate tax implications. You should contact an attorney to discuss the specifics and complexities of your situation.
