Antonia Kousoulas
Kousoulas & Associates P.C.Antonia Kousoulas is a seasoned litigator, with over 26 years of experience in federal and state courts. Her legal skills and tenacity have been instrumental in her effective advocacy of claims ranging from civil service appeals to whistleblower claims under Section 806 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act. In addition to litigating, Ms. Kousoulas has established a sizable practice negotiating executive contracts and severance agreements, and counseling professionals and closely held businesses in employment matters and labor law compliance. She has practiced extensively in the U.S. District Courts of New York and New Jersey, and before the NYC Commission on Human Rights, the NYS Division of Human Rights, the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Department of Labor, and OATH. Notable appeals handled by Ms. Kousoulas include Kessler v. Westchester County Dept. of Social Services, 431 F.3d 199 (2d Cir. 2006), before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.
